Portillo’s new location will be located at Tucson’s El Con Center, the high-traffic retail center located at E. Broadway Blvd and N. Dodge Blvd and home to major retailers including Target, Walmart, Home Depot and more. Designed with a vintage diner theme, the 7,800 square-foot restaurant will feature a double drive-thru lane to accommodate the incredible institutions that call the region home, such as the University of Arizona and Davis Monthan Air Force Base!
