Hot dog! The wait is almost over. We’re excited to announce that Portillo’s will be cake shaking its way into Glendale with a grand opening on April 27, 2021.
We’re bun-believably excited to bring unrivaled Chicago street food like Italian beef sandwiches, Chicago-style hot dogs, char-grilled burgers and Portillo’s Famous Chocolate Cake to the northwest portion of the valley.
The restaurant, located in front of Arrowhead Towne Center, will feature a diner-theme décor package, complete with diner-style booth and other décor inspired by the 1950s and 1960s. It will officially open to the public at 10:30am on April 27. To celebrate the opening, we’ve created limited-edition t-shirts that will be given to guests who sign up for our Birthday Club, while supplies last.
