Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.
A box may arrive on or before your delivery date as we work to get all packages out in a timely manner and delivered for your event. If you have any questions, please call 866-YUM-BEEF (866-986-2333).
Order for delivery in advance to beat the holiday rush. All food orders must be placed to arrive before December 21st. Cannot place order to arrive December 22-29.
Your package could arrive before or after your selected delivery date. UPS is experiencing high volumes and packages may be delayed.
Italian beef is shipped frozen, it is normal for it to start to defrost, especially in hot temperatures.
Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.
Gift messages will appear printed on the outside label of the box

This cake is amazing. Two chocolate cake layers arrived perfectly. There were two pouches of buttercream frosting and a spatula. The cake was moist and not overly chocolate. Light and delicious. The buttercream was a perfect combo for the cake. Normally buttercream frosting can be too sweet but this was the right amount of sweetness to enhance the flavor of the chocolate cake. We are just two people so I froze half the cake. This would definitely feed a group. I will order this again when we need another treat!

Portillos has by far the best chocolate cake. The fact that I ordered it and received it within 3 days is mind blowing. I’m not sure what magical elves or fairies work in the packing/shipping department for the cakes, but they deserve a raise. The cake arrived at my doorstep in absolutely perfect condition. I unwrapped the two layers of chocolate perfection and was extremely pleased to find they were perfectly moist. I immediately had to get the icing spread so that I could indulge in, what some might say, GODs cake. I can’t wait to order another one. Thank you Portillos for creating a masterpiece.
