Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.
A box may arrive on or before your delivery date as we work to get all packages out in a timely manner and delivered for your event. If you have any questions, please call 866-YUM-BEEF (866-986-2333).
Order for delivery in advance to beat the holiday rush. All food orders must be placed to arrive before December 21st. Cannot place order to arrive December 22-29.
Your package could arrive before or after your selected delivery date. UPS is experiencing high volumes and packages may be delayed.
Italian beef is shipped frozen, it is normal for it to start to defrost, especially in hot temperatures.
Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.

Bought for a friend who moved to Oklahoma from Chicago metro area. She shared about Portillos when we were sharing about Oklahomas local restaurant “similar” to y’all. A few days later She was having a tough week and I ordered a little piece of home to cheer her up! It DID! We’ve coined the phrase, “it’s a Portillo’s kind a week!” She doesn’t always gets her own portillo’s cake…but it always makes her smile! We shipped it to work and it was delicious….home made like granny’s cake!

This was for my wife's birthday. We were both born and raised in Illinois. Her ultimate favorite cake of all time is Portillo's Chocolate Cake. This was her main request for her birthday a couple weeks ago. So much, she was willing to have us drive TWO hours each way to the closest Portillo's to us. I ordered this as a surprise to her. I ordered this cake to arive the day before her actual birthday, and that is when it GOT HERE ! I can't tell you how happy I was that it arrived on time ! It was also packaged perfectly. I took my wife out for dinner, and as we were out, our daughter stayed back to put it all together (It come packaged as two cake pieces, and two packages of frosting.), she also decorated our living room. Needless to say, not only was my wife so surprised she got her Portillo's Chocolate Cake, but also how good it tasted ! Thank you Portillo's for helping us to make her birthday awesome !!

The cake was warm and frosting had exploded in the box. Last time we ordered I believe it was packs in cool packs. This time it was not and it got too hot in shipping. Suggest cool packs when shipping to California in summer.
