You signed up for Portillo's Perks, now what?! To make the most of being a Portillo’s Perks member, opt into text reminders and download your Perks Card to your mobile wallet.

How to Download Your Perks Card for the First Time: 

Add or Confirm Your Phone Number: 

  • Log into your account
  • Add or confirm your phone number and click "update"

Update Your Communication Preferences: 

  • Opt into Perks messaging under Communication Preferences and click "update" 

  • We’ll send you a text with a link to download your Perks card 
  • Add the digital Perks Card to your mobile wallet

  • Log into your account 
  • Scroll down to “My Perks Card” and click the “Download Perks Card” button
