It’s official. Portillo's is bringing its next location to Madison, Wisconsin in 2019! Our newest home in Madison will be at 4505 East Towne Blvd. If you’ve never been to Portillo's, we’d relish the chance to serve you our legendary lunch and dinner. We think you’ll agree that our food truly cuts the mustard! The 9,000 square foot restaurant will feature a 50’s diner theme, two drive-thru lanes, seasonal outdoor seating, and will sell beer.
