Italian Beef Sandwich Kit (8 Sandwiches)

The delivery was great. The beef was absolutely delicious. However, our gravy leaked out a little bit and was just a little bit upset cause it’s just my husband and I and the gravy used to be in a container where we could use some and put some in the freezer for another time because my husband and I can’t eat eight beef sandwich sandwiches in one day And the same thing with the sweet peppers they used to be in a container and now they’re in a sealed bag, but something leaked because it was greasy, so I’m not sure if it was the sweet peppers or the gravy

I shipped 3 items to my brother & it was delivered late due to weather. I was hoping that everything was still good to eat because one of the items was the heart cake which was suppose to be delivered the day before Valentine's day but did not arrive until 2 days later. I have always had great service from Portillo's and the food is fantastic!

Worst experience ever. Do not order from them. Order from Buona beefs instead way better experience. I placed a order with Portillos for the 8 beef sandwiches kit for a party. I paid for extra overnight shipping to get them in time. I didn't receive anything from them. I had nothing for my party. Still to this day nothing from them. I've tried reaching out to them several times via email and several phone calls and no one want to answer me. Basically lost money. They actually stole the money from me. I tried several times to contact the shipping company and nothing from them either. I had to notify my bank for a fraud alert and I'm still waiting to get my money back. This place is not worth dealing with. It's a waste of time. If I could give it negative stars I would. Don't waste your time here. Plenty of other selections to pick from.

It was shipped quickly and had everything you needed inside. I'm just about ready, to order again. Also they send you plenty meat

We LOVE the Portillo’s Italian beef. The bread is like no other. We can’t get the bread anywhere in California. We are from Chicago and miss this delicious food all the time! The closest one is 2 hours away. Please open a restaurant in TO!!!! Please! There was even a student in my son’s middle school that wrote a persuasive speech to convince Portillo’s to come to TO. Not sure if she sent it to you but it was pretty good. There’s a great market here for Chicago food here! Have ordered Portillo’s to be delivered here and have driven 2 hours for Portillo’s food many times. So delish!

Sent beefs to my daughter & her friends for Valentines day. A shipping screw up by Fed Ex delayed there taste of home by 5 days. Dylan in customer service promptly replaced the order and made everything right. Very satisfied!! Hat tip with a thumbs up to Dylan ??

I sent this Italian beef kit as a gift to my family and they loved it! These sandwiches are delicious and a great buy. The website is very easy to use and efficient, everything arrived on requested date. I highly recommend Portillo's for yourself and sending to family and friends. These sandwiches really are the best!

Order was received on scheduled day. 4 star rating because the gravy bags had leaked in the box. The Italian beef is wonderful and we have 1/2 saved in the freezer for another meal. We will definitely order again some day. will order again

Was great, fast and packed to perfection. Beef was fantastic. I've been ordering from here for years since I moved to Milwaukee from Chicago. You won't find beef like this in Wisconsin!!!! Thank God they ship, saves me the long drive to Illinois. When we lived in Illinois we ate at the restaurant 3 times a week. Best food you'll ever have.

My co-worker is from Chicago and sent these to me for Christmas. I was in heaven with these sandwiches, I couldn't stop eating them, they are so delicious with the sweet peppers, hot gardenias, and Oh baby, the gravy. I returned the favor and sent these to her for her birthday/ Valentines day on Feb 14th. I will be ordering more of these tasty meat treats very soon. So glad she introduced me to such a joy for the taste buds.

Of course the sandwiches are the best! Reminds me of my hometown! Wish you could add UPS for a shipping option. Especially as you're expanding. Fed-Ex is horrible in rural areas. We paid for overnight delivery, and five days later made the four hour round-trip to town to pick it up. Maybe you could open a shop in Billings Montana!!!

Chicago style Italian beef sandwiches at its best! The instructions for heating the food if done exactly as stated makes the perfect beef sandwich like your dining in a Portillos. Worth the price
