Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.
A box may arrive on or before your delivery date as we work to get all packages out in a timely manner and delivered for your event. If you have any questions, please call 866-YUM-BEEF (866-986-2333).
Order for delivery in advance to beat the holiday rush. All food orders must be placed to arrive before December 21st. Cannot place order to arrive December 22-29.
Your package could arrive before or after your selected delivery date. UPS is experiencing high volumes and packages may be delayed.
Italian beef is shipped frozen, it is normal for it to start to defrost, especially in hot temperatures.
Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.

Wonderful food, well packaged and shipped quickly! The instructions are clear and simple. I would add a note to heat the beef and gravy in a pot large enough to dip the sandwich, because that's what it's all about! The quality of every item is top notch. A minor complaint is that the heating instructions for the rolls don't work well for me. They came out a bit crisp on the outside and still a bit frozen on the inside. I have ordered this package before and I suspect I'll be ordering it again in the future.

I LOVE PORTILLOS!!! I no longer live in Chicago and I miss Portillos (and a REAL Pizza) the most!!! (Don't tell my family that!). I have been having Portillos shipped to me for years now and it's ALWAYS perfect!!! We often have them for family parties/holidays, and the fun of putting the sandwiches/hot dogs together as a family is part of the experience. We love it! Truly a special treat and fun bonding time. I have also shared the experience with other friends and family (who have never even heard of an Italian beef sandwich) around the country (Boston most recently) and they, too, love the beefs and the experience! Thank you, for making such a tasty and affordable way to enjoy Portillos from anywhere! :)

My food arrived perfectly frozen and packed. It arrived promptly. When I used it, it was delicious as always. It was easy to prepare. I love that it is packed as 2 one lb package of beef. When you only need to prepare for 2 its so much easier. Don't hesitate to buy. It is well worth it.

Shipping is fastened the product was still frozen. We moved to NC in 1994 and always missed our Portillo's, The food sent is very good but not as good as purchasing in-person at the resteraunt. We will continue to purchase the products and hope to get back to Chicago soon. WHEN WILL WE GET A PORTILLO'S IN NC?

Had received a gift card for Christmas and we are so happy we did! Choosing what we wanted, using the gift card and having the product shipped was so easy. The food came within 2 days like noted in delivery. It was packaged nicely and the items were cold/frozen. The thawing and cooking process was easy. So nice to be able to enjoy Chicago beef sandwiches in the comfort of my home 500 miles away! You get enough sandwiches for 2 days worth and it’s a wonderful 2 days. I would purchase this again in a heartbeat!
