Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.
A box may arrive on or before your delivery date as we work to get all packages out in a timely manner and delivered for your event. If you have any questions, please call 866-YUM-BEEF (866-986-2333).
Order for delivery in advance to beat the holiday rush. All food orders must be placed to arrive before December 21st. Cannot place order to arrive December 22-29.
Your package could arrive before or after your selected delivery date. UPS is experiencing high volumes and packages may be delayed.
Italian beef is shipped frozen, it is normal for it to start to defrost, especially in hot temperatures.
Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.
Gift messages will appear printed on the outside label of the box

Great products, my 89 yr old mother enjoyed a taste of Chicago with the beef sandwiches. Haven't made the sausage yet but I know they will be great, too. Pretty reasonable price for quite a bit of food.

Food was great, just like we were eating at the restaurant. I would ask that you consider to offer the availability to purchase extra rolls. Not everyone wanted a combo sandwich. So there wasn't enough for just beef or just sausage sandwiches.

The beef came two days late. Also, on the hot dogs you should specify they are regular size and not Jumbo. I would not order this again and growing up in Chicago I love Portillos.
