Whether you’re near or far, enjoy Chicago’s finest! Our Famous Italian Beef is thinly sliced and slow-roasted for 4 hours in our secret blend of Italian spices. Customize each sandwich to your liking by adding over roasted sweet peppers, hot giardiniera peppers, and as much of our secretly spiced gravy as you'd like!

This sandwich kit makes 8 Italian Beef sandwiches and includes the following:

Portillo's signature gravy (2 qts)
French bread rolls (8)

Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.
A box may arrive on or before your delivery date as we work to get all packages out in a timely manner and delivered for your event. If you have any questions, please call 866-YUM-BEEF (866-986-2333).
Order for delivery in advance to beat the holiday rush. All food orders must be placed to arrive before December 21st. Cannot place order to arrive December 22-29.
Your package could arrive before or after your selected delivery date. UPS is experiencing high volumes and packages may be delayed.
Italian beef is shipped frozen, it is normal for it to start to defrost, especially in hot temperatures.
Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.

It is the perfect gift for people that miss Chicago style food. It was a bit of a sacrifice financially, but it is worth it. The food is amazing and the shipping is awesome... My son and his friends were able to have a celebration right on the Air Force Base. We love it!

Delicious. Now, PLEASE build a Portillo's in Sioux City! We're known as Little Chicago because Capone would come here when the 'heat' was getting too close in Chicago. PLUS, The Chicago White Sox's roots lie in the Sioux City Cornhuskers, a minor league team that played in the Western League, with the team being purchased by Charles Comiskey and relocated to St. Paul, Minnesota, before eventually becoming the White Sox in Chicago. Ya, gotta come. This city loves everything Chicago!

For my husband, Portillo's is a taste of home. He loves explaining how to eat the sandwiches to our friends and family. The food arrive on time with Fed X and frozen. Everything was fresh well packaged. The kit was for 8 but it was plenty to make for 10. I live on the east coast and I only get Italian beef when I visit family in Indiana. I am now going to order this Italian beef directly for myself. This was sent to me as a gift from sister who lives in Indiana.

Our only restaurant serving Italian Beef sandwiches sadly closed three months ago. After hankering for this since this, I took the plunge and ordered from Portillos. The ingredients- beef, gravy, giardiniera, and buns- arrived safely. After heating according to the instructions, was delicious! Pro chef tip: wrap the rolls in damp paper toweling and heat in the microwave just prior to using.

When the sandwiches arrived, one package had leaked out and the beef was mushy and we had to throw it out. This was a gift for my daughter and fortunately she took some photos. It was IMPOSSIBLE to speak with anyone to get the issue resolved. It took 4-5 emails and several days before we eventually got credit. Long time customer, but having no customer service will prevent me from ordering online again.

It was very good as usual however the only issue I had was one of the sauces leaked all over the bottom of the box. The meal itself was fantastic. I still do not understand how the rolls go from frozen to being like it just came out of the oven after they are made. If you like the Italian beef sandwich from Chicago, you have to try this..... Very good.

Food was fine as usual but the last 3 times I have ordered the products are leaking through the box. The plastic bags just are not as good as the white plastic containers you used to use. Fed Ex delivery guy mentioned it leaked all over back of his truck. He definitely was not happy

It's great to have a Portillo's beef sandwich when you are far away from a location. The flavor was great, the bun was great, the peppers were huge, BUT the beef was sliced so thin that they weren't even slices anymore. The beef was pulverized so much that it was like beef hash. Fortunately the good, beefy flavor was still there, but the beef just fell out of the bun, taking away from the party in my mouth.
