Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.

Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.

I’m really sorry to have to write this. I’ve enjoyed portillos many times and will continue to do so. But I must say for whatever reason the batch I received wasn’t good. There were two packages of beef, rolls and gravy. Everything was fine but one of the packages of beef was really bad. It was hard and dried out. I couldn’t eat it. I prepared it the same way I have done for years. Always delicious. Was so dissatisfied this one time. When I defrosted I could tell right away. Just wasn’t good. But I love the product and idk if this was left to thaw and freeze again? No idea. But one of them was fine. Just a bummer as this stuff isn’t inexpensive but when it’s right it’s so worth it. Thank you for your time
