Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.
A box may arrive on or before your delivery date as we work to get all packages out in a timely manner and delivered for your event. If you have any questions, please call 866-YUM-BEEF (866-986-2333).
Order for delivery in advance to beat the holiday rush. All food orders must be placed to arrive before December 21st. Cannot place order to arrive December 22-29.
Your package could arrive before or after your selected delivery date. UPS is experiencing high volumes and packages may be delayed.
Italian beef is shipped frozen, it is normal for it to start to defrost, especially in hot temperatures.
Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.

Great Stuff. Received right on time. Warms up perfectly. One small downer hot giardiniera is HOT. Would have preferred medium. Sweat tears and all still enjoyed. Will order again.

This is the best sandwich that I have ever had. I wish we had a Portillo's here in the Milwaukie, Oregon area. I had my first in Chicago when I visited my mom a few years ago and now order by mail. I was born in Chicago and was told my family played as kids with the family who started this Restaurant. That would be in the 1960s. I give Potillo's 5 stars only cause there isn't more stars.

The meat was crumbs 3 fourths of the meat was crumbles. Only a small portion was whole sliced. In both of the packs of meat. The bread was under cooked. I originally was buying my sandwiches from Vienna Beefs but chose to give you all a try. Highly disappointed.

My family is from Chicago and when we moved to TN it was one of the things most talked about. We have been able to enjoy it when in Florida vacationing or if anyone travels back up north but the craving for it has grown. After my daddy passed away 15 years ago we decided to order "beefs" instead for Thanksgiving. No one ate the turkey anyway and we could still have the all the sides like usual. This new tradition has continued on and I am proud to still be ordering for my family now. I know its not the same as being in the restaurant but its better than nothing! Everything is packaged so well and comes with instructions, there is even a cute hat. With it arriving frozen you can use whatever portion is needed and save the rest. I have been able to have beefs until Easter when I order the 20 sandwich option! Thank you for offering this delivery option.

I ate my first Portillo’s on North Avenue in Glen Ellyn at a small open trailer over 50 years ago. I now live in Georgia. I order Portillo’s routinely. This recent order was to entertain company in from Germany. They said they my dinner turned out to be the highlight of their trip to the states. They want to order from Germany! LOL!

I shipped Portillo beef sandwiches to my cousin for her 80th birthday. She grew up by the first Portillos “Chicago Hot Dog stand”. It was the perfect dinner with memories and delicious tasting Italian beef sandwiches. Our order was delivered a day late but the meat was still frozen, peppers were fine and rolls heated perfectly in the oven being crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. She is still talking about her Portillos Birthday dinner and her special taste of home. Thank You!
