- Regular Italian Beef – Our famous, homemade, Italian beef is slow-roasted for four hours, thinly sliced, and served on freshly baked Turano French bread.
- Big Beef – For serious appetites, our Big Beef is 50% bigger!

This is where things get juicy, literally. Our beef is slow-roasted in gravy, and it’s a huge part of what makes our sandwiches iconic (& delicious).
- Dipped – Your sandwich is fully submerged in gravy for a rich, savory bite.
- Easy Dipped – A quick dunk, just a second in the gravy for a little extra flavor without full commitment.
- Extra Gravy – We ladle extra gravy on top without dunking the whole sandwich.
- Dry – We wring out as much gravy as possible from the beef before serving.
