Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.
A box may arrive on or before your delivery date as we work to get all packages out in a timely manner and delivered for your event. If you have any questions, please call 866-YUM-BEEF (866-986-2333).
Order for delivery in advance to beat the holiday rush. All food orders must be placed to arrive before December 21st. Cannot place order to arrive December 22-29.
Your package could arrive before or after your selected delivery date. UPS is experiencing high volumes and packages may be delayed.
Italian beef is shipped frozen, it is normal for it to start to defrost, especially in hot temperatures.
Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.

Not sure why Portillo’s hasn’t opened up a location in Myrtle Beach! Broadway at the Beach would be an excellent location! So many people from IL have moved here and are missing Portillo’s! Not one decent hotdog place. And no one sells Italian Beef! ?? Our hotdogs were excellent, however packaging in the shipment could use some work. First order arrived damaged, with pickle juice soaking everything. Portillo’s made it right and sent out a 2nd shipment super quick. Bubble wrapping the pickle jar should be a must, since delivery services are rough with packages. Wish you could order their chopped salad, cake and more! Until they wake up and see all the business they’re missing here, we’ll have to stick to ordering for special occasions.

As a Chicago native we have to get our Portillos fix. We order these multiple times a year and love them!! Only drawback is they stopped putting onions and tomatoes in them and you can’t make a Chicago hotdog without those. Hoping they update that in the future!

Wonderful hot dod came with everything Chicago style Mustard, a jar of pickles, celery salt, buns and relish. And I had two great tamalies last night, just put in the microwave for a few minutes. And no shipping cost from the Chicago area to California. I will reorder.

My boyfriend loves Portillo's and we don't have one where we live so I ordered a kit for his birthday. The kit arrived damaged. The buns were opened and soggy bc the pickle jar had opened. Poppyseeds were everywhere. Celery salt was not sealed. I kept calling and Couldn't get a representative on the phone so I filled out the online form. They gave me the option for a partial refund or new kit. Asked for a new kit and this one arrived damaged as well. The buns were torn open again and soggy and this time they just gave a partial refund. Not worth the money. Very disappointed.

The kit no longer includes fresh onion and tomato but still delivers that neon green relish. Problem is that there is very little of it. Definitely not enough to relish 10 hot dogs. Please include more.

Prior years the beef gravy was sent in a plastic bucket which would sometimes pop the lid enough to leak. Now the gravy is shipped in a double plastic bag. One of mine still leaked when it defrosted. Making a mess of my refrigerator. Keep looking for that fail proof shipping container..

Stale crushed buns and hot dogs looked and tasted like they came from” the Weinersnitzel” which is tacky place. Nothing like I received four years ago. A lot of money to spend on mediocre hot dogs and I certainly won’t ever do it again . I do wish you would open a Portillo’s near the I 10. Perfect places to build near motels, casinos, gas stations etc. it’s a way to Arizona!
