Hot Dogs - 10 pack + Chili, Cheese, Tamales

Since I don't live near a Portillos location, I've never tried the tamales and really like them. Not a happy camper as my shipment had an open pack of relish and it leaked all over every item. Too bad I can't share a picture here.

I love portillos I am so glad I am able to order this to my house. I definitely plan on doing more orders! It's either that or i have to buy a plane ticket. The food was fresh! Not frozen! And it was perfect! I made a whole tik tok about it!

Needs more relish. Enough mustard, pickles & peppers for 20 hot dogs, enough relish for 4 or 5

Everything shipped fine except the buns were a little stale

I have ordered many times through the years, and this is the 1st time you did not include an onion and tomato. This was truly disappointing, as you well know it is NOT a Chicago hot dog without these ingredients! And on top of that you raised the price almost 10%. Together this has left a really bad taste (no pun intended) in my mouth. I guess this is what happens when a company goes public, you try to find ways to maximize profits for shareholders. I get that, but when you compromise the integrity of your product, you lose customers. And when you lose customers, you lose revenue, and then there go the profits. I would say seriously reconsider trying to save literally 75cents to $1 on those 2 ingredients and re-include them. If you need to save money somewhere, one solution is a smaller mustard container, and celery salt, which is way more than anyone needs.

Shipping was great!! Arrived in two days. Freeze packs were still frozen. The food was delicious!! Always a treat to get Portillo's!! Great way to celebrate my Birthday!!

Having been a customer of The Dog House, by Villa Park Ford, for years… I was truly disappointed with the lack of onion, tomato and what ever was in that shaker of Portillo’s seasoning… it wasn’t celery salt… I’ll just wait until the next time I get to Elmhurst to get my “fix”…DanT

My daughter's family had to move to southern Texas last spring. Our 6 year old was having a rough time and really missing home. He loves Portillos, so we wanted to cheer him up. The hot dogs were gone in 2 days!

The only problem was the bun bag was torn, 2 buns were broken. This was a birthday gift so I was disappointed

Ordering was easy online since I had done it before. My problem was that I wanted to edit the delivery schedule; went through the procedures to do so; was told the delivery had been altered; got an email confirmation of same. AND THEN IT WAS NOT. Thankfully the original delivery date was covered by my giftee and he loved the product, best birthday dinner ever in his words. And, there was not a second altered date delivery either. I consider that a HUGE customer service, internal IT problem. I think you should too.

The tamales were hard around the edges as if they were freezer burned or old. Very disappointed.

Highly recommend. Delicious. Have ordered many times and will do so again. Need more relish in the kit. No onion or tomato should be included as a note in the order box.

Not sure why Portillo’s hasn’t opened up a location in Myrtle Beach! Broadway at the Beach would be an excellent location! So many people from IL have moved here and are missing Portillo’s! Not one decent hotdog place. And no one sells Italian Beef! ?? Our hotdogs were excellent, however packaging in the shipment could use some work. First order arrived damaged, with pickle juice soaking everything. Portillo’s made it right and sent out a 2nd shipment super quick. Bubble wrapping the pickle jar should be a must, since delivery services are rough with packages. Wish you could order their chopped salad, cake and more! Until they wake up and see all the business they’re missing here, we’ll have to stick to ordering for special occasions.

As a Chicago native we have to get our Portillos fix. We order these multiple times a year and love them!! Only drawback is they stopped putting onions and tomatoes in them and you can’t make a Chicago hotdog without those. Hoping they update that in the future!

Wonderful hot dod came with everything Chicago style Mustard, a jar of pickles, celery salt, buns and relish. And I had two great tamalies last night, just put in the microwave for a few minutes. And no shipping cost from the Chicago area to California. I will reorder.

My boyfriend loves Portillo's and we don't have one where we live so I ordered a kit for his birthday. The kit arrived damaged. The buns were opened and soggy bc the pickle jar had opened. Poppyseeds were everywhere. Celery salt was not sealed. I kept calling and Couldn't get a representative on the phone so I filled out the online form. They gave me the option for a partial refund or new kit. Asked for a new kit and this one arrived damaged as well. The buns were torn open again and soggy and this time they just gave a partial refund. Not worth the money. Very disappointed.
