Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.
A box may arrive on or before your delivery date as we work to get all packages out in a timely manner and delivered for your event. If you have any questions, please call 866-YUM-BEEF (866-986-2333).
Order for delivery in advance to beat the holiday rush. All food orders must be placed to arrive before December 21st. Cannot place order to arrive December 22-29.
Your package could arrive before or after your selected delivery date. UPS is experiencing high volumes and packages may be delayed.
Italian beef is shipped frozen, it is normal for it to start to defrost, especially in hot temperatures.
Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.

Food and packaging were great! Only reason I took a star away was on the shipping. I was given an estimated delivery window time. I had the recipient ready durig this time. I then was given an end of day delivery time. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive thst whole day. It did arrive the following day.

I would recommend your product however the shipment itself had issues. It arrived 1 week after it was supposed to and messed up our holiday meal plans. We had to wait until after new years to enjoy it as it arrived so late and had other meals planned for our company.

Its pretty sad they they are no longer sending the boxes with all the contents that come on the hot dogs. (Onions and tomatoes) I've ordered several times and this is the first time ive noticed less items. I won't be doing it again. They remove items and keep the same price. Typical.

Took 6 days to deliver and was at the city next to where it was going 2 days after. Therefore the flood situation didn't have an effect on. Was worried the food spoiled.

Not as good and arrived with broken outer box and 2 days later than beef sandwiches. Thank goodness for the foam container. The quality was not as good as getting it from the restaurant. Hot dogs were tough.

When the package arrive, the buns package had been ripped open and some of the buns were squished. I individual items should be able to be shipped. Very disappointed. This is not the first time we've had issues.

It’s a mail order kit, the process to pack and ship should be old hat. So how is it that I get celery salt that has opened inside the package, the pickles are missing (oh and I agree with other reviewers, it’s not a Chicago hot dog without the tomato and onion so what’s up with that?) and, get this, a pre-sealed 10-pack of buns only has 9 buns in it??! Is it really that hard??!

This was a gift for my cousin. He loved it and was very excited when he received it. The Portillo's hat was a great touch and my cousin took a picture in the hat and sent it to me. The package arrived on the exact date that I requested it to arrive. Needless to say the hotdogs did not make it through the weekend they ate them up. Thank you
