We're bun-believably excited to announce that our newest Arizona location will be located in Gilbert, on the southeast side of the valley at San Tan Village, an open-air lifestyle center that’s home to some of the region’s best shopping. The 7,800 square-foot restaurant will feature a retro garage theme and allow Portillo’s to better serve the bustling community in and around Gilbert.
