Starting September 15th, Portillo’s Perks members get 50% off a burger to celebrate National Cheeseburger Day. For current members, the offer is already in your account!
How to Redeem:
- In-Restaurant: Add a cheeseburger to your order, then scan your Perks card or enter your phone number at checkout.
- Online or In the App: Log in, add a cheeseburger to your order, and hit “apply offer” at checkout.

- Q: Who is eligible for this offer?
- A: Existing Perks members will automatically receive the reward in their account.
- A: New Perks members will receive the reward after signing up during the offer window (9/15–9/21) and the offer will be valid for 7 days post-sign up.
- Q: Which items are eligible?
- A: All Cheeseburgers and Hamburgers are eligible
- Note: Standard toppings are included. Additional add-ons are not included in the offer.
- Q: How do I redeem the offer?
- In-Restaurant:
- 1. Add one (1) eligible burger to your order.
- 2. Scan your Perks card or provide your phone number at checkout.
- Online or In-App:
- 1. Log into your Perks account.
- 2. Add one (1) eligible burger to your cart.
- 3. Apply the reward at checkout.
- Q: Can I use this offer with third-party delivery services?
- A: No. This offer is only valid through Portillo’s direct ordering channels (in-restaurant, online, or app).
- Third-party platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash) are excluded.
- Q: Can I redeem multiple offers in one order?
- A: No. Only one reward can be redeemed per order.
- Q: How is the discount applied?
- The reward applies automatically at checkout when at least one (1) eligible burger is included in the order. The higher-priced item will be discounted if multiple burgers are in the order.
